USA Music Supply sells factory direct to the public.  Call for shipping costs on orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the US.

Customer Service and Return Policy:
14-Day Return Policy , RMA number required for Returns.  Please email customerservice@usamusicsupply.com for inquiries on returns.

20% Restocking Fee Applies if Instrument is returned in ANY Condition other than New

Guarantees and Returns:
All new Musical Instruments and accessories are sold with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  The 14-Day time period begins upon the purchaser’s receipt of the item ordered.  Refunds will be for the original purchase price less the shipping charge based on FED EX published rates and/or a 20% restocking fee.  All other items or blemished/damaged items are sold AS IS and are not available for refund or exchange.  All sales on the aforementioned items are final.

If dissatisfied with the purchase of a new musical instrument or accessory the purchaser must contact customer service within the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee timeframe and receive an RMA number prior to returning any item.  No item will be accepted without an RMA number issued by USA Music Supply customer service.  The purchaser is required to pay the return shipping charges and applicable insurance costs.  The item(s) must be shipped back to USA Music Supply in the original shipping container.  If an item is damaged or lost by the shipper the purchaser’s refund will be void.  USA Music Supply will not ship any damaged item back to the purchaser.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to file any claim with the shipper for any lost or damaged items returned.

Manufacturer warranties are available on many of the items.  Details are available in the Warranties section of this web site and in most product descriptions.  When ordering please review all warranty clauses for each item. All shipping and handling charges are to be paid by the purchaser for any warranty repairs.

No items will be shipped until payment has been received and processed.

Credit Cards and other forms:
We will accept phone orders from US customers only with payments using VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover by calling our toll free number 877-878-5877 or 208-737-9311.  Personal and business checks  as well as Postal, Wal Mart , Travelers Express and Western Union money orders, and cashier’s checks will be accepted from US customers only.  Most items will ship within one business day upon receipt and processing of payments.  Purchasers using personal, business, cashiers, bank checks and non-authorized money orders checks MUST allow 14-18 days to process.  No exceptions.

PayPal payments are accepted.  The shipping address provided by PayPal must be confirmed and match the billing address.  Items will be shipped only after the payment is declared “eligible” by PayPal.  Non “eligible” payments will be refunded and payment can be processed by other means.  We are diligent in our PayPal process to protect our customers from fraud and there are no exceptions from this policy.  Note:  please do not type an address into the notes field of your PayPal payment  and request shipment to any other address.
Items with payments using PayPal or credit card will ship within one business day of receipt and processing unless otherwise noted.

USA Music Supply does NOT ship items COD.

International Payments:
The preferred form of payment is a Bank-to-Bank Money Transfer.  Please contact us by e-mail at info@usamusicsupply.com for details.  Canadian customers may use a Canada Post Money Order or confirmed PayPal payment.

USA Music Supply will NOT accept any business, personal or unknown bank checks from customers outside the US.  

A $35.00 NSF Fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Shipping Accounts and P.O. Boxes:
Due to the tracking information requirements of PayPal and FED EX all shipments must ship on the USA Music Supply account only.  We will not ship on any other account.  We will not ship any items to a P.O. Box address due the tracking requirements.

All shipments within the Continental US are shipped via FED EX ground.  
Expedited shipping is available, please contact us for options and a quote for charges.  

If you would like to request a FedEx Signature Delivery on any item valued under $150.00, please email us and we will put this requirement on your package. Everything over $150.00 will automatically have the Signature Requirement.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii will incur additional charges, please contact us for details.

Shipments to US Territories, APO/FPO and foreign countries will ship via the US Postal Service or FED EX Air Economy International Shipping  and will incur additional charges, please contact us for details.

USA Music Supply is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees imposed by another country.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
If an item is returned to USA Music Supply as undeliverable due to a wrong address as provided by the purchaser or the item is refuse and returned it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to bear the cost of reshipment based on FED EX published rates.  USA Music Supply exercises the right to deduct such shipping charges from any refunds.  Please see Guarantees and Returns for additional details.

USA Music Supply inspects all items prior to shipping and is in functional working order before leaving our facility.  We make every effort to package items appropriately and label each package as FRAGILE.  It is NOT the responsibility of USA Music Supply for any lost or damaged items due to shipment mishandling by a carrier.  

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to file any damage or lose claims in the event a damage or loss occurs.  It is also the purchaser’ responsibility to follow through with the claim until it is finalized.  If assistance is needed, please contact us.  Note:  it may take 45-60 days to resolve a claim.

If a claims refund is granted from the carrier the purchaser will be shipped a replacement item – no refunds.  Any shipping charges are split between USA Music Supply and the purchaser. 

Replacement items will NOT be shipped until the original item has been received by USA Music Supply or full payment for insurance claim is issued.

A restocking fee will be charged  to the purchaser for any item returned in any condition other than which it was shipped.  The fees will vary based on the condition of the item returned.  Fees can range from 20-50% of the original cost of the item.
